Що ти будеш робити?
- Lead the project's Community direction and coordinate the work of administration, technical support, and community moderation teams.
- Organize and manage team leads of these departments, helping them develop and grow their teams.
- Monitor the quality of the team’s work, assign tasks, and guide processes in the right direction.
- Actively communicate with the player community, answer questions, and maintain a healthy and positive atmosphere within the community.
- Analyze player feedback and suggestions and pass important insights to the development team.
- Participate in planning project updates by integrating the most important player requests and ideas into development plans.
- Develop announcement strategies for each update or new game system so the audience clearly understands upcoming changes and features.
- Predict community reactions to gameplay balance changes and prepare the team to handle potential concerns or questions.
- Manage communication during releases — from preparing update descriptions to collecting feedback in the first hours after launch.
- Identify issues or weaknesses in game systems and propose solutions to improve them.
- Collaborate with developers to quickly resolve issues and improve gameplay balance and player experience.
- Create and update project rules for players, including general rules and rules for specific gameplay directions.
- Prepare internal documentation about new systems and updates so the team understands upcoming changes and can effectively assist players.
- Participate in team building and help recruit leaders and members for different Community departments.
